What is this site used for?
You have already applied for a position with Greenbridge, or in some cases you may already be employed by
Greenbridge. Now Greenbridge would like you to take a personality assessment, and that is where this site
comes in.
Can I take the assessment for more than one location?
The answer is yes. However, you will actualy only take the assessment once. To add a location just click the
position on the home page. After doing so it will take you to a page where you can select a different location
than before.
You can also click the "Take Assessment" link in the navigation bar. Then choose the
position from one list and the location from the other.
The system will do the rest of the work and
the new location will be added for you.

How do I go about finishing an assessment that I did not finish?
If you stopped before being taken to the completed page, just log in and click the position link on the home page
again. It will take you to a page that asks the location, but then once selected will take you to the next
assessment section that is not saved. In some cases you may have already seen this section but did not submit
the page. Or you lost internet connection before the section was saved.

I forgot my password. What do I do next?
Passwords are stored with a one way hash and cannot be decrypted. So we cannot tell you what your password is.
If you forget your password, click the link that says forgotten password. You will be sent an email that allows
you to reset your password. Just click the link in the email and you will be taken to the page to reset your
password.

I am not receiving emails from the system.
If you have tried to reset your password and have not received the email to reset your password, check in your
spam folder for an email from hiringsite@criw.net.

Why was gender asked at the beginning of the assessment?
The report provided to Greenbridge has places where we use pronouns such as He/She or Her/His. It is only asked
so that we can provide the correct pronouns. You also have the option of not providing your gender. Should you
do so we will use "The Applicant" in those places that would otherwise have a pronoun.

Will you be sending me marketing emails?
No. We do not send marketing emails to anyone. The only emails sent will be for confirmation of account and
resetting of password.

I have concerns about my privacy.
At CRI we take personal privacy very seriously and will not share any of your information with any company.
Greenbridge will be allowed to see your email address and phone number, but it is not shared with any other
company for any reason.

What is the Administrative login?
The administrative login is used by the managers at Greenbridge to access the assessment reports for people that took
the assessment on this site. Your assessment taker account login will not work on this page.
